Dance!Dance!

Whatta whatta up?! So this entire week has been devoted to dance practice. I think Mr. Holt and I are working ourselves to death. *lol* We have been practicing so hard! We’re doing really good too. We still have a couple of kinks to work out, but overall I am so excited about it. The dance off is this Friday. Me and M. Holt are determined to win!*lol* I even asked off ALL week just to practice. Talk about dedication. *lol*

This week has been good I guess…I’m not going to complain about it I have a test tomorrow in english and it’s on poetry…I don’t think I am going to do well, but lets just cross our fingers. Oh, and did I mention I got to see Cam? Yeah I did this weekend, so that was good! We didn’t do anything, but go to Wal-Mart, eat, and watch tv, but it was still great!

Well I have to study and get everything ready for tomorrow. Talk to y’all later.

I just want…

So this week has not been the best…Me and one of my best friends, John, are not on speaking terms and I don’t even know why! It’s killing me because I want to be mad at him, but then again all I want him to do is talk to me…like he used to. I DON’T KNOW! I’m on the edge of to screaming and then  crying! I just want everything to get better…before I have a nervous break down! 

And to top things off I finally had my wisdom teeth surgery Friday. I was going to come to my first class that morning but I didn’t. *HE HE HE* It wasn’t bad bad. The last thing I remember telling the doctor was to “not let me wake up!” lol. He didn’t let me on the plus side. Would you believe that I am still swollen?! Well I am. People haven’t been mean about it. They just look at me like I’m weird or something, but when they find out what happened they are more understanding. I’ve lost 5 lbs having my teeth pulled. lol YAY ME! That’s the only good thing that came from it. I’m just wanting to look “normal” again.

Oh yeah….Dancing with the Faculty is next Friday. I’m so excited. It’s this thing that SGA sponsors. It’s like that tv show Dancing with the Stars. Cute ain’t it?! I begged the SGA president to give me my biology teacher, and the funny thing is is that I got him! And they drew our names out of hats. I know… everyone who knew I wanted him was like “OMG”! lol He says that we’re going to win and I can’t say that I disagree. lol I told him we were going to do a rap dance. LOL Well see what happens. I just want to have fun and I know I will!

Ahh!

OMG! I got rededicated at church last week! I feel so much better and I am just so thankful God is always there…even though we tend to stray from Him. I’m trying not to fall back into “old” habits, but I’m not going to lie, it’s hard! God will help me though…I need Him this week! This week had just been awful! I cried Monday because I made bad on another test in English. It’s just so frustrating because I know I’m smarter than that! I JUST DON’T KNOW WHAT’S WRONG!? I am just so upset. My teacher was comforting though when she seen me crying. She told me not to beat myself up over it and that it will be ok. I sure do hope so. And I haven’t even begun to tell you how biology is going…needless to say BAD! I feel so stupid that I’m doing bad, but it’s not like I’m not trying because I am. I just don’t understand it! Thank God for tutors though! I am not used to not doing well in school and this whole college thing is A LOT harder than what I imagined it would be! I’ m just ready to get this week over with. l0l I’m having surgery on Friday! I’m nervous and excited at the same time. l0l Don’t worry, it isn’t anything big. Just my wisdom teeth. I just like to say surgery because it sounds more important. l0l 2 more days! That’s what I keep telling myself until this week is over and I will have the weekend to recover and all that good stuff. I need a vacation! lol OH! Speaking of that, my Atlanta trip went well. Cam went with me and my whole family there loves him! I am so happy too, because they are a big part of my life. I used to stay with them when I was little so it’s like I have another set of parents and siblings there. I know it’s crazy, but I wouldn’t have my life any other way! Well I have stuff to do and people to see. l0l

Happy-Go-Lucky!

Hey guys! Guess what?…no, guess again…nope, that’s not it….give up? *lol* I’m going to Atlanta this weekend! I’m so excited. I have family there that I stayed with when I was little, and it’s my little cousin’s birthday. I promised her I would be there, and you know I can’t break a promise. *lol* I have to be back Saturday night for the Miss Northeast Pageant. Yes, the presidential hosts are working that night along with SGA. It should be a fun night…I kind of wish I would have participated in it, but there is always next year. I knew I should have done it, but I got cold feet. Man! *lol*

Oh and have I told you that I have tutors now?! Didn’t think so, but I do. One for biology and one for english. I was never good in science anyways so a tutor was definitely needed, but in English? I was always good in English in high school. I guess college really is a completely different level than what I expect. My tutors are great though! They are so easy going and they know how to talk to me tohelp me better understand the subject. Plus they’re free…can’t go wrong there. *lol* I still can’t believe I’m in college some days. You know I was the first one of my dad’s kids to go to school? Yeah, I’m proud of myself! (not trying to brag or anything) But it is hard. I can’t lie there!  

Well I know this is short, but I have a ton of work to do! Catch me next week though!

JuSt A lItTlE bUsY bOdY

Wow! I have just been SO busy…it’s cRaZy! *lol* It’s like I always have something to do. Whether it’s school, work, presidential host events, studying, having some fun, and we can’t forget sleeping! *lol* I’m not stressing too bad over it. I am kind of enjoying it! *he he*             

We had a presidential host event where all the Jackson County Schools seniors’ got to tour Northeast and hopefully a lot of them will come to here next year. It was so much fun giving them a tour of the college! John, my best friend, and I had the BIGGEST group! *lol* We can’t help it that we’re just that cool. *he he*

Oh, did I forget to mention that I went to Cam’s game Saturday? Well I did and it was a BLOW OUT game! Middle Tennessee State University won 47-6! I was so proud of him! It was kind of a bore though, since that were beating Florida International so bad, so I was just looking forward to the half-time show. *lol*

And NSM had their homecoming this past Friday! My little sis was on the homecoming court, so you know I had to be there! She looked so B-E-A-U-tiful! And NSM creamed Skyline to  make that night even better. Plus I got to cover the game for the North Jackson Progress, so I had a blast feeling like I was a “real” reporter! *lol* And after the game we had another girl’s night out! Man I had such a GREAT weekend. Homecoming on Friday, Cam’s game on Saturday, and then my church had Family Day on Sunday.

Well I think that I have typed enough for one day! *lol* I have to study now.
