OHH EMM GEE

OMG! This has been such a week! My emotions are just running wild right now. This semester isn’t what I thought it was going to be…school just depresses me this term. IDK, maybe it will get better! I think it’s just I like last semester better, but I’m sure once I give this one time, it will be a blast! Honestly, I’ve been lazy since we started back. I know I need to buckle back down and get on the ball, but that break we had made me not want to come back lol!

And I know I didn’t tell y’all that I signed up for the basketball league…well I did! And I didn’t know just how out of shape I was until I played last week! Oh it’s horrible! I mean I love it, but it’s very painful! lol I have a game tonight…wish me luck on that one!

Well I am off to do some more homework and study! Back to the typical life of a college student! Catch me next time!

the next president…

Who would have thought that this would be the year of change?! This presidential election is completely different than any we have ever had. It just stuns me! A white man, a mixed man, and a WOMAN! Yeah…I know! It’s history in the making right here…well if OBama wins then that will be the first “black” man to EVER become preseidnt and the same goes for Hiliary. Is the world ready for this…a “black” man or a woman? Well this world has become a world of change, but I just don’t know! Now I feel like if either OBama and Hiliary are just as qualified as any other candidate then there is no reason for them not to have the same opportunity. I believe a “black” man can run this country just as well as a white man can. As far as a woman goes…now I am all for woman power and “GO WOMEN”, but I just don’t know if the country is ready for a woman president. It’s nothing against Hiliary, I just think women are a little too emotional for the job, but then again what do I know?! I just think if a woman was in such a high office as such, their moodiness would get in the way of her running the country.  Who ever the White House will hold, I believe we have to support our president no matter what!

Ahh…the new year! Can you believe it!? Yeah me neither…I’m getting so old lol. Yeah while everyone else was out and having a good time, I was at work! It’s cool though, I came home and just hung out with the family. We watched some movies and of course we ate to bring in the new year! It was one of those picture perfect times I suppose.

Cam and I are going to Atlanta and I am so excited! I adore my family in the ATL! I used to stay with them when I was little so I it’s like I have 2 families and a home away from home!
